When must I apply for a Natural Features Inventory?

According to Sec. 5-54(a), TLDC, a natural features inventory must be submitted to and approved by the Growth Management Department prior to the submittal of any of the following:

• Rezoning application from a less intensive zoning district to a more intensive zoning district;
• Limited partition subdivision application;
• Preliminary plat subdivision application;
• Planned unit development (PUD) concept plan application;
• Site plan application (Type A, B, C, or D);
• Development activity undertaken by governmental agencies and public or private utilities; and
• Silvicultural activities.
